Job Qualification Requirements:
High school graduate. Minimum 1 year of job experience as a general manager of a multi-business company. Must have multi-tasking abilities to oversee and handle multiple businesses of the company. Preferable to have experiences in managing film coordination and bar/restaurants. Must be able to speak/read/write both English and Japanese in order to correspond and accommodate customers and their needs.

Tools, Supplies and Equipment Provided: All tools, supplies and equipment necessary to complete assigned duties will be provided by employer.
Compensations: Workers’ Compensation provided.
Three-Fourths Guarantee: Workers will be offered employment for a total number of work hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays of the total period that begins with the first workday after the arrival of the worker at the place of employment or the advertised contractual first date of need, whichever is later, and ends on the expiration date specified in the work contract or in its extensions, if any.
Transportation and Subsistence Provided: If the worker completes 50 percent of the work contract period, the employer will provide, reimburse, or advance payment for the worker’s transportation and subsistence from the place of recruitment to the place of work. Upon completion of the work contract or where the worker is dismissed earlier, the employer will provide or pay for the worker’s reasonable costs of return transportation and subsistence back home or to the place the worker originally departed to work, except where the worker will not return due to subsequent employment with another employer or where the employer has appropriately reported a worker’s voluntary abandonment of employment. The amount of transportation payment or reimbursement will be equal to the most economical and reasonable common carrier for the distances involved.

Formulate policies, review financial statements, sales and activity reports, and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement, and to determine areas needing cost deduction and program improvement. Direct and coordinate activities of company’s departments concerned with the services and sales of the company’s businesses, including administrative activities. Place orders to suppliers, and monitor them to ensure that they efficiently and effectively provide needed goods or services within budgetary limits. Prepare staff work schedules and assign specific duties, determine staffing requirements, interview, hire and train new employees or oversee those personnel processes. Direct or coordinate financial or budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, or increase efficiency. Establish or implement departmental policies, goals, objectives, or procedures in conjunction with board members, organization officials, or staff members. Perform personnel functions such as selection, training, or evaluation. Plan or direct activities such as sales promotions that require coordination with other department managers. Set prices or credit terms for goods or services based on forecasts of customer demand. Manage the movement of goods into and out of production facilities to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, or sustainability of operations. Perform sales floor work, such as greeting or assisting customers, stocking shelves, or taking inventory.
